Data subject rights and removal
Last updated: October 18, 2026
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, and to stop showing information about you in the Service. This applies whether or not you have an account.
If you have an account
- Search history: clear it yourself from the dashboard (“Clear history”). You can export it first as JSON or CSV.
- Case notes: delete a case from the Case Notes module, or export all cases as JSON.
- Account deletion or a copy of your data: ask through the support server and tell us your Discord username so we can verify the request.
If you do not have an account
DOSINT queries third-party public sources and does not keep a database of people. If something about you appears in a result, the source itself is the place where it can be corrected or removed. If we hold a stored copy (for example a Discord snapshot saved in an account), you can ask us to delete it.
How to send a request
- Open the support server and open a ticket or message the team.
- Say what you want (access, correction, deletion, objection) and give enough detail to find the data, such as the username, ID or link involved.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting.
We aim to answer within one month. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
More detail on what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
